Skills in Demand Visa (Subclass 482)
The Skills in Demand visa (subclass 482) lets an approved business sponsor a skilled worker from overseas when you can't find the right person in the local market. For an employer, it's a three-part process — becoming a standard business sponsor, nominating the position, and supporting the worker's application — and each part has its own requirements and obligations. We manage all three as one coordinated matter, so you're not stitching together separate applications or second-guessing what the Department expects. Your dedicated Registered Migration Agent handles the detail, keeps the nomination decision-ready, and makes sure you understand the sponsorship obligations you're taking on before you commit.
What is included
We assess your business, the role, and the potential applicant against the requirements, and set out the clearest path to approval before any application is lodged.
We prepare and lodge the sponsorship, nomination, and visa application as one coordinated process, decision-ready at each stage.
We explain the sponsorship obligations you're agreeing to, so there are no surprises once the worker is on board.
One dedicated Registered Migration Agent manages your matter end to end. You're not passed around a call centre.
