Don't miss out on a consultation with us!

It is the time of the year when student visas are about to expire and many students are starting to consider their options to remain in Australia.

Major new partner and family visa legislation has also been passed and the legislation will come into effect after royal assent is given. For a recap on the major changes to the partner visa program please see our previous article.

Visa application fees usually increase from 1 July of each (note that fee increases could occur at any time). There is still time to prepare for an application for lodgement before 1 July 2019.
