VETASSESS Restarts Plumber Skills Assessments, Awaits Update on Other Trades

On 12th February 2024, VETASSESS recommenced Pathway 1 skills assessment applications for the occupation of Plumber (General), ANZSCO code 334111, starting on Monday, February 12th.

In September 2023, VETASSESS halted the acceptance of new Pathway 1 applications for Plumber (General) due to the supersession of the assessed qualification. Discussions with Trades Recognition Australia (TRA) are ongoing regarding the potential resumption of skills assessments for the seven other trades suspended last year.
