VETASSESS - Trade occupations application pause

Starting from September 25, 2023, Vetassess will temporarily pause the acceptance of new applications for specific trade occupations. This pause is to enable Vetassess to manage and process the existing backlog of applications effectively.

The affected occupations include:

1. Chef, ANZSCO Code 351311

2. Cook, ANZSCO Code 351411

3. Diesel Motor Mechanic, ANZSCO Code 321212

4. Motor Mechanic (General), ANZSCO Code 321211

5. Fitter (General), ANZSCO Code 323211

6. Electrician (General), ANZSCO Code 341111

7. Metal Machinist (First Class), ANZSCO Code 323214

Applicants who have already submitted an application for any of the occupations listed above with Vetassess do not need to take any action. Vetassess will provide further guidance and announce the reopening of applications for these occupations in due course.
